Acesulfame (Sweetener) is 200 times sweeter than common sugar. It comes with a little bit bitter aftertaste, particularly when used at high concentrations. It is available in smaller particle size to allow the mixtures blend with it in more uniform way. This sweetener is stable under high temperature, acidic or basic conditions. It provides a sweet flavor to substances without interfering with the high value of caloric sugars and glycaemic responses.
